Meet your private party host at the front desk. They'll escort your group to your reserved table.

Your group heads to the floor and jumps for the full duration of their package jump time.

Near the end of jump time, your host does a Birthday Shout Out over the PA to call your group back.

Every party is two simple parts. How long each one runs depends on your package — your start time is locked in when you book.
Jump Time
1–3 hrs
Your whole group hits the floor for the full jump time in your package — trampolines, foam pit, and every attraction.
Party Table
45+ min
A reserved table for cake, presents, and food — 45 minutes on most packages, up to 1 hr 45 min on Platinum. Your host sets up, runs it, and cleans up.
Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates. Popular time slots fill up fast during summer and holiday periods.
Are grip socks included?
Grip socks are NOT included in any package. You can bring your own trampoline park socks, or purchase a pair at the front desk.
What's the minimum group size?
All packages are priced for a minimum of 10 guests. Extra guests are welcome at the listed per-person rate.
Can I bring outside food?
Yes — outside food is welcome. You can bring your own cake, snacks, or catering.
What if I need to make changes after booking?
Changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
Do all guests need to sign a waiver?
Yes — liability waivers are required for every guest. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian signature. You can sign waivers online in advance.
