Booking Policy

Supervision & Attendance

• For every 10 guests booked, 1 Host/Parent is free (including grip socks) for supervision.
• Additional non-jumping adults are welcome to supervise from the designated party seating or viewing areas — couches beside the trampoline zone and the upstairs mezzanine.
• Adults/supervisors who want to go on the trampolines or play structures must purchase their own jump pass.
• Please share these policies with your guests to avoid confusion on the day.

Party Table & Playtime

Table and playtimes are fixed by package — extensions are not permitted.

Tables must be cleared immediately after the allotted time — please respect the schedule.

Party Decorations

• You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up decorations by advance request.
• Wall decorations and confetti are strictly prohibited.

Waivers & Guest Lists

• We recommend all guests complete the waiver online beforehand to speed up check-in.
• Emailing your full guest list in advance helps us streamline arrival.

Party Add-Ons

• Laser Tag — $10 per guest (optional add-on).
• Rock Climbing — optional add-on.
• Add-ons are not included in the Silver package but can be added onsite, subject to availability and additional charges.

Grip Socks

• Grip trampoline socks are required and not included in any package.
• Purchase at the front desk for $3.50 per guest.

Arrival Time

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your check-in time to handle wristbands, socks, and final payment.

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 10 participants per party package.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
• Reservation changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the party date.
• Additional terms may apply — see our Safety page.

Sample Party Schedule

• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Jump & Playtime
• 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Reserved Table (food, cake, etc.)
