Your First Visit to Fun Park: Everything You Need to Know

First time at Fun Park Canada? Here's everything you need to know before you walk through the door — so the only thing left to do when you get there is have a great time.

Step one: sign your waiver

Every guest needs a signed waiver before jumping — no exceptions, no workarounds. You can sign online before you arrive (find the link on your location's page) or at the front desk when you get there. Online is faster and we strongly recommend it, especially on weekends when check-in lines can build up. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign. Previous waivers stay on file, so if your kids have jumped at a Fun Park before, they may already be covered — just confirm at the front desk.

Grip socks are required — and reusable

You cannot jump without grip socks. This is a safety requirement on all trampoline surfaces. Socks are $2.90 per pair at the Edmonton parks, $3.50 in Winnipeg, and $3.75 at Grande Prairie. Here's the important part: they're reusable. Once you have a pair of Fun Park grip socks in good condition, bring them back on every visit. If you already own trampoline park grip socks from another park, check with the front desk — they may be accepted.

What to wear (and what to leave in the car)

Comfortable, active clothing is what you want. Avoid jeans with metal zippers, belts with buckles, or anything with sharp edges or accessories. Remove all jewellery before jumping — earrings, rings, and watches all need to come off. Phones in pockets are a liability on the trampoline floor; use a locker or leave them with a non-jumping adult.

Age policies and pricing

Jump passes come in 1-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour options. At South Edmonton and Winnipeg, ages 6 and over pay $22.99 for 1 hour, $29.99 for 2 hours, or $39.99 for 3 hours (best value). Ages 5 and under are $17.99 for 1 hour. Kids 2 and under jump free with one paid adult — a second child under 2 is charged at the 5-and-under rate. All locations have a dedicated Toddler Zone with soft surfaces and age-appropriate scale. Kids at this zone have their own separate space from the main floor action.

What about parents and supervisors?

Parents or guardians who are watching from the sidelines do not need to pay admission. At Grande Prairie and Winnipeg, there's a mezzanine viewing area overlooking the entire park — free for non-jumping adults. If you want to jump, you need a pass and grip socks. One parent jumps free with any party package. For general admission, standard rates apply. Children must be at least 12 years old to be at the facility without a responsible adult present. Ready? Sign your waiver at your location's page and we'll see you on the floor.
